Program Description
The accounting major promotes identification with and orientation to the accounting profession and is designed to provide knowledge skills, and abilities necessary to a successful accounting career. Core competencies in technology, critical thinking, and communication are emphasized throughout the curriculum. Technology, in particular, is embedded in all accounting courses. Students also have broad exposure to varied business disciplines, including management, organizational behavior, economic, statistics, and finance, and learn how the general manager integrates these disciplines to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
The BSB/ACC and MBA/ACC programs are designed to meet the educational eligibility requirements for all states and jurisdictions; however, students are encouraged to contact their State Boards of Accountancy for state-specific requirements.
Approximately 24 months (based on continuous enrollment) are required to complete the accounting major and the other requirements for BSB required course of study.
This undergraduate degree program has a 63-credit Required Course of Study: 48 credits are allocated to the Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting Major, 12 credits to business entry coursework, and 3 credits to the integrating course.
In addition to the Required Course of Study, students must satisfy General Education and Elective requirements to meet the 120 semester-credit minimums required for completion of the degree.

Program Description

The Required Course of Study is designed to enable graduates to deal effectively with an increasingly complex business environment. The program stresses skill development in the areas of management, decision-making, financial accounting and managerial finance, quantitative analysis, economics, marketing and utilization of research findings.

Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance (BSB/F) program is designed to prepare graduates with the requisite knowledge and skills to effectively apply financial concepts and tools in various organizational scenarios from a generalist perspective. Technology, ethics, e-business, critical thinking, problem solving, research methods, and statistical analysis are emphasized throughout the curriculum.
The Finance Major emphasizes fundamental accounting and finance concepts, theories, and practices to promote well-informed financial decision making. Additional components of the Major concentrate on managerial finance, investment fundamentals and portfolio management, and global finance. Students will integrate advanced topics in financial management through real-world business application.

Program Description
Marketing managers need creative, analytical, and leadership abilities to manage the marketing function of the business enterprise. The Marketing Major addresses how to identify customer needs, how to communicate information about products and services to customers and potential customers, where to market and how to price products and services, and how to respond to growing demands in different countries and cultures.
The marketing major includes a foundational marketing course upon which further study in the areas of buyer behavior, advertising, marketing research, and international marketing is based.

The public administration major focuses on the efficient and effective utilization of public resources to achieve the public purpose within a dynamic environment. Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree program is designed to develop the professional knowledge and skills of general managers in any organization. The program was created specifically to build upon the learning gained in an associate's degree. The BSM degree enhances skills necessary for improved organizational effectiveness in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
The curriculum focuses on the development of general management roles. It emphasizes skills necessary to align resources, and to improve communication, productivity, and effectiveness. Through a participative, cooperative learning environment structured for adult learners, managers are taught to manage innovation and apply professional skills and knowledge focused toward the future, all within a customer focused atmosphere.
The BSM degree program has a 48 upper division credit required course of study (including nine credits of electives chosen by the student). These courses fulfill only part of the 120 minimum credit requirement for degree completion. An associate's degree is required for admission into this BSM program. Students must also demonstrate proficiency in English, mathematics, and critical thinking. To earn the Bachelor of Science in Management degree, 72 credits are required at the lower division level.
